Electronic Filing

E-filing instructions: 

Complete all required fields once you click on the link to upload your documents. 

Be sure the data is entered correctly so the court can contact you. 

The fee for electronic filing is $3.00 for the first page, plus $1.00 for each additional page. This must be paid prior to uploading the documents. To pay online, go to www.acipayonline.com, use jurisdiction code 5673. There is a processing fee of $3.25. Uploaded documents can only be in PDF format. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of the documents. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Pend Oreille County District Court at 509-447-4110 or districtcourt [at] pendoreille.org 

Documents can be E-filed between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Anything that is filed after 4:00 pm may be filed the next business day. 

E-filers are responsible for making sure their documents are downloaded to the Court before their deadline. 

Documents that shall not be E-filed:

Certified records of proceedings for the purpose of appeal

Documents presented for filing during a court hearing or trial 

Foreign (out of state) Judgments under Seal

Fee based documents filed with an Order of in Forma Pauperis 

Bail Bonds

Trial Exhibits

Answers to Writ of Garnishments 

Civil Orders with supporting documentation-confirmation of payment must be included (exparte fee) 

New District Court cases can be E-filed after the filing fee has been paid and a case number issued-confirmation of payment must be included. Contact Pend Oreille County for more information. 

Pleadings related to an open court case.

Writ of Garnishments (as long as a certified seal is not needed)-confirmation of payment must be included (filing fee)
