WISe is a voluntary service that takes a team approach to meeting your needs.
It provides intensive mental health services to support you and your family in reaching your shared vision for a healthy an happy life.
Eligibility Criteria
- Youth has a mental health diagnosis.
- Youth is covered by Medicaid.
- Youth must be under the age of 21.
- Family and youth are voluntarily willing to participate.

Past and current services have been unsuccessful, and youth and family are in need of a creative, high-intensity program.
The WISe team consists of:
- Mental Health Counselor
- Care Coordinator
- Youth Peer Support
- Family Peer Support
