Weed Of The Month

The Noxious weed pictured below is called Daucus Carota, Queen Anne's Lace or Wild Carrot. It  visually resembles Poison Hemlock, however, its root smells like carrot, and it often has a small, single red flower in its center. Queen Anne's Lace seed resides in the soil for 3-5  years, and is classified as a Class C noxious weed in WA state
