Duties of the Auditor's Office Elections Federal, State, and Local elections and voter registration for the citizens of Pend Oreille County. Auto Licenses Titles, registrations and state licenses for automobiles, trucks, trailers, boats and other motor vehicles. Financial Services Provide services for payroll, accounts payable, grant coordination, budget and financial reporting. Recording The County Auditor is the custodian of all recorded documents including, but not limited to; deeds, mortgages, judgements, liens, plats, surveys, etc. The Recording Department also issues Marriage Licenses for weddings to be performed in the State of Washington.
